Working with our client, a subsea to surface engineering company, we have an immediate need for a Planning Engineer on a contract basis to work in Nigeria, both onshore and offshore.
Reporting to the Project Controls Manager you will be responsible for the provision of all
planning functions on a project including baseline set-up, updates, progress reporting and monitoring, forecasting, interfacing with cost engineering and risk management.
To be considered for this role you will hold an engineering degree (mechanical or civil) or a “Bach + 2” degree with a technical focus. You will have a number of year’s relevant experience in the Oil & Gas project environment which will include lump sum EPC contracts experience. It is preferred that you will have a full understanding of the French language, both written and spoken.
This position is offered on a contract basis for 6 to 12 months based in Nigeria. It will be based onshore (10/3 Rota) and offshore (4/4 or 5/5 Rota). A BOSIET is required.
