Job Title: TECHNICAL ANALYST
Department: Operations
Job Description
Oando Marketing is currently seeking a Technical Analyst is responsible for generating relevant reports to assist in the monitoring of Key Performance Indicators for management review and assessment regarding tasks and activities within the department.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities
-Carries out research and market surveys;
-Gathers and organizes information on relevant technology advancement;
-Analyzes data and updates database accordingly;
-Documents and collate data from research & surveys;
-Prepares reports for the HOD’s information and review;
-Planning & Coordination of all departmental meetings. Also record minutes of the meetings and follow up on all actions arising with appropriate personnel;
-Raise purchase requisitions, Engineer’s certificates and other documents for processing vendors bills to ensure prompt and accurate payment;
-Follow up with Finance, P&S and other departments regarding PRs, POs and payments for jobs done;
-Assist in preparation of memos and letters;
-Maintain comprehensive tracking for all documents inclusive of, but not limited to the following:
-Engineering Drawings, Engineering Certificates/ Payment Records Approvals, Memos and Letters;
-Provide administrative support to all business units in the entire department;
-Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor from time to time.

Job Requirements
-Minimum of B.Sc. (Hons) in Engineering;
-Minimum of 1 year post graduation experience in a similar role.
