Job Title: PROJECT ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
-Conduct site survey and produce report;
-Assists the project manager in day to day activities;
-Ensure effective site management arrangement and produce work method;
-Report weekly activities of work in progress with supporting pictures;
-Reports both site incidents and accident on time;
-Ensure that work procedures for quality are followed, safety if construction site, equipments, materials and people.
Qualification:
B.Sc, HND in Civil/Building/Tech or related field.Experience: 8 years active working.
Job Title: SITE ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
-Conduct site survey, carry out proper construction & prepares site arrangement plan;
-Direct construction and supervise the job and ability to work with tradesmen;
-Prepares a work schedules, work method and stick to it;
-Report and daily/weekly activities of work in progress with supporting pictures.
Qualification:
B.Tech, HND in Civil/Building/Tech or related field.
Experience: 5 years active working.
Job Title: SITE FOREMAN
Responsibilities:
-Assist the Site Engineer;
-Carries out direct construction works and works with tradesmen;
-Some basic laboring dies and transport tasks in collecting and delivery of materials would form part of position;
-Must have a commercial constructional background – Overseeing Commercial & Residential Sites.
Qualification:
OND/C&G (City & Guilds).
Experience: 3-5 years active working.
Job Title: ACCOUNTANT
Responsibilies:
-Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports;
-Process all financial documents, including subcontractor invoices, payroll, expense reports, office G&A and owner invoices;
-Establish, maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures;
-Resolve accounting discrepancies.
Qualification:
HND, Accounting.
Experience: 3 years active working experience.
Job Title: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICE
Responsibilities:
-Prepares requests for information (RFIs);
-Assist in preparing proposals in response to RFIs;
-Assist in developing formal presentations;
-Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses than can benefit from our Company’s services.
Qualification: B.Sc or HND in Business Administration or Marketing
Experience: 5 years active working experience.
