Job Title: HEAD OF FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the group finances and accounts and handle all regulatory and statutory compliance issues.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
-A good University degree and professional qualification (ACA);
-Minimum of 8 years post qualification working experience;
-Proficiency in the use of Ms Office Suites and Sage, Daceasy and Peachtree Accounting packages;
-Excellent handling and budgeting processes;
-Management of treasury functions and banks liaison;
-Firm understanding of various tax issues;
-Setup and maintenance of internal control processes for the group.
Demonstrable Skills and Competences
-Good communication and interpersonal skills;
-Timeliness and quality of financial reports;
-Prompt feedback from clients and regulatory authorities.
