MSc Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field
Experience in VoIP, Switched and Data services with a very robust commercial knowledge in telecom;
Minimum of 12 years post qualification experience in the telecom industry in not more than 3 organizations
Able to respond to RFP unassisted
Professional certifications and membership are essential.

Minimum Requirement
A very good University degree in Engineering and/or ICT related
Minimum of 10 years telecom industry experience
Post graduate degree is an added advantage.
