Job Title: IMPACT ASSESSMENT & SHARED LEARNING (IASL) ADMINISTRATOR
Salary: Grade Level 5

To effectively remain proactive and consolidate on the country strategy paper, AAN is inviting applications from qualified candidates to fill the position of IASL Administrator.
Person Specifications Education/Qualifications
-Degree in Social Sciences, Arts or Humanities is essential;
-Degree in communication is desirable.
Experience
-At least three years post NYSC experience some of which should be in Monitoring & Evaluation & knowledge management work is essential;
-Experience in researching and analytical report writing is essential.
Skill/Abilities
-Strong writing skills is essential;
-Strong analytical/problem solving skills is essential;
-Demonstrable IT skills is essential.
Personal Qualities
-Creative and takes initiative;
-Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment;
-Willing and able to travel.
