1. EXECUTIVE CHEF

Requirements

-Ability to manage and develop menus, cost control;

-Knowledge of different cuisines (Chinese, Italian, etc);

-Minimum of 8 years experience required.

2. PASTRY CHEF

Requirements

-Ability to prepare all type of muffins, doughnuts, cakes, pies and bread.

3. COOKS

Requirements

-Knowledge of both continental and Africa Dishes;

-At least 3 years experience required.

4.PORTERS

Requirements

-At least 1 year experience required.

5. HOUSEKEEPERS

Requirement

-At least 1 year experience required.

6. WAITRESSES

Requirement

-Must be good looking with good knowledge of sales.
