Construiti Company Limited was conceived to be a “one-stop-shop” entity, offering the highest standards of true Design-Build, Build-Only and Project/ Estate Management Services in the Building Industry. We have established 3 divisions under the company, to handle the Design, Build and Real Estate competencies. This is to provide focused services in each segment and also to ensure that proper internal oversight functions/ quality checks are maintained at all times.
We have also established long-tested strategic partnerships and working agreements with a number of highly rated Engineering and Services Consultants and sub-contractors, positioned ourselves to take on full turn key projects right from consultancy through to execution, handover, lettings and Facility Management.
