Job Title: SAFETY ENGINEERING COORDINATOR

Job Description
Main Activities:
For the Safety part of the detail Engineering
Review Safety Engineering document during detailed engineering of Work packages (Pipelines, new Camp and Power Plant)
Provide safety engineering support for Site engineering team for any re-engineering done at Site.
Review Safety Engineering of OSC (fire fighting system, Safety control system)
Timely review and comment the contractor technical documentation.
Participate to all technical meeting.
Review Site technical Query to construction and ensure no deviation from Client General Specifications.
Advise on shutdown activities definition.
Provide technical assistance in resolving Plant Upgrade detailed engineering remaining concerns.
Organize and lead HZOP review on all PID modification
Ensure Major Technological Risk register is issued and up to date
Prepare the safety engineering part of the HSE case
Liaise with DGEP/HSE/SEI (Total Corporate safety engineering department)
Review latest revision of Safety engineering documentation from main Contractors.


Job Requirements
Required Competencies:
English language
Minimum of 10 years working experience in a Safety engineering department in Oil & Gas industry.
