Job Title: MATERIALS ENGINEER

Job Description
The appointee will be the focal point for warehouse floor transactions covering quality assurance, receipt, material Inspection, preservation, retrieval and subsequent system update of material receipt/issuances and specifications.
The Person:
Possess a minimum of Bachelors degree 2nd class upper in Mechanical /Chemical/Metallurgical/Civil Engineering.
Have 57 years postgraduation working experience.
Possess good knowledge of supply chain process, material quality and specification, material testing, preservation and QA/QC techniques.
Not be more than 35 years.


Job Title: NIGERIAN CONTENT ASSESSMENT OFFICER
Ref.: CPM/2011/003
The Job:
The appointee will review and evaluate Nigerian content in procurement and contracting activities and contractor capacity and capability to support NLNG’s execution of its Nigerian Content plan and strategies for the maximum utilization of Nigerian manufacturers, vendors, services providers and contractors within NLNG and thereby assure compliance with regulation and protect our license to operate.
The Person:
The right candidate should:
Possess a Minimum of Bachelor’s degree (2nd class Upper Division) in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or Engineering
Have 57 years postgraduation experience, 3 years of which must have been spent in a contracting/procurement or business development position in a reputable company
Good knowledge of material logistics, vendor management, fraud investigation and risk management
Possess good communications, supervisory and Relationship skills
Not more than 35years.


Job Title: AVIATION ENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT

The Job:
The appointee will provide safe and efficient aviation services to meet customer expectations whilst complying fully with National Aviation regulations, company safety and technical standards.
The Person:
The right candidate should:
Be a Licensed Aircraft Engineer or Airline Transport Pilot
Have a minimum of 15years aviation experience out of which 5 years should have been spent in a QA/Chief Engineer/Management position
Have experience as a flight safety officer/safety auditor and possess good understanding of structured Quality and Safety Management position
Have sound knowledge of relevant Nigerian and International industry regulatory standards
Possess good communications, negotiation and relationship management skills
Not more than 40 years.


Job Title: ACCOUNTANT

Job Description
The candidate will be required to support the company’s finance function in the provision of timely and accurate financial information, by ensuring that the financial systems and processes underpinning accounting and reporting are effective and enhance the accuracy and completeness of statutory and corporate information management and reporting.
The person should:
Possess a minimum of second class upper division, Bachelors degree in accounting or related discipline.
Possess a minimum of three years post graduation experience preferably in a top audit firm or an Oil & Gas company. A Professional accounting qualification and a good knowledge of Microsoft suite of applications will be an added advantage.
Possess good interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
Not be more than 30 years.


Job Title: CONTACT ENGINEER

The Job
The appointee will provide the company with the necessary expertise and experience to support business units in meeting its objectives through the development of contracting strategies, the composition and issue of invitations to tender, objective bid evaluation or negotiation of sole source terms, preparation and award contract administration and reporting, contractor performance management.
The Person
Should possess a minimum of Bachelors degree(2nd Class Upper Division) in Engineering/Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Law or and Business Management
Should have 57 years post graduation experience with at least 3 years spent in contractual agreements in a reputable industry involving maintenance, shutdowns, projects and facilities management.
Should have complete understanding of significant legal, local content and commercial issues within supply chain.
Should possess good communications, supervisory and Relationship management skills
Should not be more than 35 years.


Job Title: TECHNICIAN
Ref: PE/2011/001
For Whom: Suitably qualified candidates who wish to take part in the Nigeria LNG Technician Training Programme. On successful completion of the initial training programme, candidates will be offered employment as Electrical, Mechanical or Instrument Technicians at NLNG Plant Complex in Bonny. Candidates should also be fully aware of, and committed to, living and working on Bonny Island in Rivers State.
The Job:
The appointee will be required to execute Field or Workshops Maintenance tasks as directed by Supervisor, to meet work programs, safety requirements, and quality standards in order to ensure that plant integrity, reliability, and availability objectives are achieved in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner.
The Person:
The right candidate should:
Possess a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics Engineering obtained at a minimum of Upper Credit
Possess not more than 3 years post graduation working experience
Be able to understand and implement best practices in HSE management coupled with ability to develop and write technical work instructions
Be able to maintain high professionalism standards and discipline and communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external parties
Have excellent interpersonal skills with ability to supervise contractor and work within a multicultural team
Be computer literate
Not be more than 28 years old.


Job Title: INSTRUMENT SUPERVISION/TRAINER
Ref.: HRP/2011/005
The Job:
The appointee will develop and deliver
quality learning interventions in line with organisational requirements in order to progress production staff to agreed competence levels within their areas of operation.

The Person:
The right candidate should:
Possess a minimum of Bachelors degree (2nd Class Upper Division) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Physics
Have a minimum of 7 years experience in a petrochemical/engineering company with at least 3 years spent in a Supervisory role
Possess strong computer skills in MS Office software.
Possess. good communications, supervisory and relationship management skills
Not be more than 35 years.


Job Title: MECHINCAL SUPERVISOR/TRAINER
Ref.: HRP/2011/oo6
The Job:
The appointee will develop and deliver quality Learning interventions in line with organisational requirements in order to progress production staff to agreed competence levels within their areas of operation.
The Person
Possess a minimum of Bachelors degree (2nd Class Upper Division) in Mechanical Engineering/Materials and Metallurgy Engineering or Production Engineering
Have a minimum of 7 years experience in a petrochemical/engineering company with at least 3 years spent in a training role
Possess strong supervisory and coaching skills.
Have strong computer skills in MS Office software.
Possess good communications, supervisory and Relationship management sk.ins
Not be more than 35 years.
