Job Title: SIMOPS AUTHORITY 
Job Description
Main Activities:
Within the framework of the Operation Site Team:
• Assist RSES & RSES-D in identifying the activities which will be subject to SIMOPS organisation
• Ensure implementation of SIMOPS dossier specific requirements during day-to-day activities
• Ensure that the Field Operations requirements are adequately reflected in the detailed dossier of each SIMOPS prepared
• Lead the Site weekly SIMOPS meeting.

•Participate in the site coordination of the SIMOPS activities in :
- Organizing the pre-job meetings with the relevant representatives
- Contributing to ensure that the SIMOPS requirements are implemented by all responsible parties (work permits, safety measures, timing, scheduling…)
- Identifying any deviation or potential interaction and proposing remedial actions
• Daily coordination with UPG Project to establish the priorities of planned works and participate in integrating those activities into the Site general activities planning
• Ensure all documents linked to the future activities involving combined activities with Site and Project are properly provided to PTW Coordinator
• Ensure completeness of PTW dossier with PTW Coordinator prior to pass them to Operating Authority
• Participate in Updating the SIMOPS general and technical HSE dossiers

Other Activities:
• Participate in the various Risk Risk Assessments for SIMOPS activities
• Ensure the follow-up of the PTW database KPI’s and particularly the closure of Work Permit and the attached complementary permits.
• Participate in verifying the working conditions of the safety systems and emergency means available,
• Promoting and participating in site inspections and audit.

Job Requirements
Required Qualifications and Background
• Professional experience: 10 Years minimum in an Oil & Gas Producing or Service Company
• Fluent in English
• Participation in Operations, Commissioning and start-up activities.
