Our client, one of the leading providers of Information Technology Solutions in Bonking and Enterprise Software, Computer Environment Services,  ATM’ s and related Power Systems; with offices in  Lagos, Nigeria and West Africa is seeking professionals to fill the following position:

Job Title: MANAGING DIRECTOR
Principal Accountabilities
-Lead the management team to define and articulate the organization’s Mission and to provide the overall company's strategic direction and positioning
-Plan and direct the organization’s activities to achieve stated/agreed targets and standards for financial and training performance, quality, culture and legislative adherence;

-Recruit, select and develop executive team members;
-Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies;
-Report to shareholders/parent board on organizational plans and performance;
-Drive the implementation of annual, medium-range and strategic development plans to support the growth and expansion of the company;
-Develop and implement policies that are consistent with best practices in the IT industry and aligned to current environment and realities to deliver on the company’s strategic vision;
-Develop a wide range of relationships and networks with the local, national and international market to position the organization as well known and credible throughout the industry;
-Build and sustain an organization of high caliber professionals that can meet the evolving needs of the business and foster a culture of performance and financial results
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
-A first degree in IT, engineering or business related field
-Possession of a relevant second degree would be an added advantage
-Minimum of 15 years of cognisant experience of which the last 5 years must be at a senior management level

-Candidate should possess demonstrable leadership skills, and ability to work as a team leader within a multicultural environment;
-Candidate must be entrepreneurial driven, passionate and with track records of success;
-The Ideal candidate must be self driven and result oriented in delivering business and financial targets.

Job Title: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Principal Accountabilities
-Plan, develop and implement. strategy to generate and develop the organisation’s business in key sectors within and outside Nigeria:
-Generate the required revenue and profitability from Line Business Units.
-Develop market share through promoting corporate identity and achieving customer satisfaction,
-Plan, manage and grow the business in the key sectors of the organisation’s target market
-Build and retain a marketing team with the experience and reputation to win high value businesses.
-Grow the database of key customers to establish and maintain leadership in the chosen target markets
-Introduce new products and services which can enhance revenues from existing customers, and open up new opportunities in some or different markets

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
-A first degree in a relevant field
-Minimum of 10 years relevant experience

-Business development experience with demonstrable track record of success, particularly in selling services and software solutions to the financial industry
-A clear demonstrable knowledge of Banking and Finance would be an added advantage.
-Must be energetic, self driven and possess leadership skills
-Good communications and interpersonal skills and capable of working within a team.


Job Title: HEAD, SUPPORT SERVICES
Principal Accountabilities
-Entrench effective policies and procedures that ensure Database/History documentation of all fault calls and resolution are logged in
-Support Technicians and manage profitability of services through proper expense management and tracking
-Ensure good working relationship with team members and other unit coordinators.
-Maintain close liaison with customers and attend customer meetings
-Administer and manage contracts
-Provide commentary on financial results and implications of operational processes as well as advise on corrective action to be taken.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
-A first degree in any relevant field is required
-Minimum of 7 years relevant experience
-Experience in Designing/Implementing Large Data Centre is required
-Should be familiar with redundant UPS Architecture and M&E Contracting III Should be able to work with HPAC Installations and AUTOCAD
-Prior role at Management level will be an added advantage.

-Must be ready to handle Technical Support and manage large operations spanning Nigeria.
