Qualifications

community-based programs. Program design and management experience is
desirable. Practical experience working on pediatric care and treatment
programs will be an advantage. Experience in operations research and

Specific Responsibilities
Provide assistance to the Office Manager in following up with field
support unit, logistics and procurement unit and transport unit.
Following up with the Transportation Officer and Maintenance Technicians for the proper use, maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment’s, such as generators, vehicles, communication, computer units and peripherals, video and audio equipment, other office equipment, and air conditioners and heaters.

Maintain general office systems including filing; coordinating timely timesheet submission; sending, receiving and distributing faxes; and photocopying.
Arrange logistics for conferences and meetings,and help set-up any events.
Coordinate and prepare mailings, including production, photocopying, assembling, posting and courier/shipping.
Prepare documents, including word-processing, editing, spread sheets, and data entry.
All other duties assigned by Office Manager.
