Our client, a new but well capitalized facility management company located in Lagos and Ibadan requires a resourceful self starter as GENERAL MANAGER.
Qualification and Requirements
The likely candidate after probation is expected to be elevated into the position of the Managing Director with some shareholding;
Candidates MUST have a very good first degree in a field relevant to facility management and must also have the requisite professional qualifications.
The ideal candidate will have practiced in Facility management for no less than 8 years, must have an eye for detail and will be a highly mobile all around achiever.
