Job Title: HEAD, OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT
Age: 34 – 45years
Requirements
MSC degree in project management, economics, agricultural economics, management science or psychology;
-Minimum of 6years experience in a management function in a management consulting company, financial sector mainly in banking, business development company or in the manufacturing company.

Job Title: HEAD, MICRO-ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT TRAINING DEPARTMENT

Requirement
MSC degree in a science, social sciences/management science course
Minimum of 5years experience in a capacity building institution.

Job Title: HEAD, MONITORING AND EVALUATION DEPARTMENT
Age: 35 – 45years
Requirement
MSC degree in project management, economics, agricultural economics, management science, ict/engineering with additional training in monitoring and evaluation
At least 4years experience in monitoring and evaluation.
Must have good experience in data collection, processing or analysis and in project writing and presentation.

Job Title: HEAD, COMMUNICATIONS DEPARTMENT
Age: 35 – 45years
Requirement
Graduate in mass communication, linguistics/languages and history or similar field
Minimum of 4years post certificate experience
Should be conversant with media industry in Nigeria.

Job Title: HEAD, ACCOUNTS/FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT

Requirement
Must possess professional certificate such as ICAN
Minimum of 4years post certificate experience in a company as head of accounts or financial department.
