Job Title: BREWING MANAGER
Qualification
The occupant of this position should possess;
Minimum of B.Sc degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences i.e. (Ideally, Process, Chemical or Understanding of process control within a brewing/ process environment
Assertive and analytical
Proven leadership ability
Great communication and team-related skills
Good understanding of the principles and practices of manufacturing excellence
Good understanding of asset ‘care principles and good work practice ( Including CMMS).
Duties and Responsibilities
To manage and coordinate the Brewing department (People, Plant, Process and Systems) in order to achieve the required standard of product quality and output in the most efficient and effective manner.
Manage human resources
Plan resource requirements and implementation of strategic objectives
Manage plant, process and systems
Manage productivity
Translate and implement brewing, manufacturing and business strategies
Manage occupational health, safety and risks.
Organize /interpret data and operational information Compile and manage budgets Authorize weekly / annual production plans
Coordinate CAPIN / CAPEX justification for brewing
Manage asset care for brewing plant.
