Requirements
The preferred candidate must have managerial experience in a bank and able to develop and execute strategic plan consistent with the leadership vision of the bank.

Other Requirements
-Ten years experience in a bank;

-Demonstrated leadership skills;

-Knowledge of microfinance banking;

-Organization skills;

-Passion for microfinance development.

Qualification

-B.Sc Degree Accounting, Banking and Finance or related fields;
-MBA will be an advantage.
